Walk-in, on-site registration will be available 2-4 May at SwissTech Convention Centre; however, payment of the conference fees must be made in cash (Swiss Francs only).

Conditions

Full payment by credit card at registration (Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard), through secured Swisspost online payment service (EPFL Payonline). 

Registration will only become effective once payment has been received.

Visa invitation letters will only be issued after payment and receipt of the conference registration fees. Please note that the Conference Organizers are not authorized to issue visa invitation letters for accompanying guests, unless they are registered paying participants at the conference. 

There will be no reimbursement of the conference registration fees for any cancellations received after issuance of a visa invitation letter.

All participants – authors and non-authors alike – are required to register and to pay the registration fees. Please note that by submitting a paper or a poster the authors agree that at least one of them will attend the conference.

Cancellation of a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed to Tech4Dev@epfl.ch. Paid registration fees are refundable less a processing fee** if notification of cancellation is received (in writing) by 31 March 2016. Unexcused absence or cancellation after 31 March 2016 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee; a substitute registrant will be accepted however.
