Tech4Dev 2016 invites authors from research, industry, policy, or civil society to submit their extended abstract under one of the breakout sessions listed below.

Extended abstracts should be aligned with the focus and the objectives of the breakout session under which they are submitted. Submissions should emphasize the value of technological innovation while also acknowledging the limits of technology in generating inclusive social and economic development.
