Walk-in registrations on-site during the conference days is possible; however, payment must be made in cash (CHF only).

Preferential rates for early bird registration before 30 April 2014; for students, EPFL staff and participants from developing or emerging countries. 

Participants from developing or emerging countries are strongly encouraged to attend.

All participants – authors and non-authors alike – are required to register and to pay the registration fees. Please note that by submitting a paper or posters, the author(s) agree that at least one of them will attend the conference.

Please register once you know your attendance is definite and only when you are ready to pay the conference fees. Your registration will only become effective once payment has been received

The fees include attendance during three days at all plenary and break-out sessions, conference bags, refreshment breaks, buffet lunches, networking event evening of 5 June as well as a book of abstracts.

The conference fee does not cover travel and accommodation. Arrangements for travel and accommodation are the responsibility of the participants. Venue / Accommodation.

Full payment by credit card at registration (Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard), through secured Swisspost online payment service.

Please note that your registration will only be effective once payment has been received.

All participants – authors and non-authors alike – are required to register and to pay the registration fees. Please note that by submitting a paper or a poster, the authors agree that at least one of them will attend the conference.

Cancellation of a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed to the Conference Secretariat. Paid registration fees will be reimbursed, less a 10% processing fee if notification or cancellation is received (in writing) by 5 May 2014.

Unexcused absence or cancellation after 5 May 2014 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee; a substitute registrant will be accepted however. Please make sure to inform the Conference Secretariat of any substitution in writing.
